by Centrifugal-Pneumatic Atomisation (CPA)

The plant is intended for production of fine powders by a method of a centrifugal - pneumatic atomisation (CPA). It is made in laboratory (UR-2) and industrial (UR-5) versions. On the industrial version of the plant it is possible to make powders of tin, zinc, aluminum, lead, copper and solders Sn50Pb50, Sn61Pb39, Sn63Pb15Ag2, soldering alloys on the basis of copper, zinc, aluminum. The plant is provided with a system of cyclone collectors and filters for clearing of exhaust gas from dust fractions and recirculation system to reuse inert gas. The plant can be completed by a system of computer control and video to supervise a process of atomisation.

The given technology is already applied for fine powder production of alloy Sn-Pb, Sn-Ag, Zn used for preparation of pastes for soldering electronic components and in an dental materials.
